至今已经60年的好设计奖（Good Design Award），始终坚持挖掘设计的价值和潜在的可能性。日本设计促进研究所（JDP）公布了2016年世界地图作品分布图（AuthaGraph World Map），从大赛的4个设计类别中选出了好设计年度设计奖1名、好设计金奖19名、好设计特别奖19名，共同组成了一张全新的世界地图作品分布图。

Tokyo, 28 October 2016 --- Japan Institute of Design Promotion (Chairman: Motomi Kawamoto) is proud to announce the results of the Good Design Grand Award, Good Design Gold Awards, Good Design Special Awards for the year 2016, which the institute serves as the main host.

　　日本东京时间2016年10月28日，日本设计促进研究所作为GooD Design Awards的主办方，其主席Motomi Kawamoto分别宣布了2016年”Good Design Grand Award（好设计大奖）”、”Good Design Gold Awards（好设计金奖）”、”Good Design Special Awards（好设计特别奖）”的最终获奖名单。

The Good Design Grand Award, deemed the design of the year 2016, was chosen out of the six candidates announced on September 29. The Good Design Award jury, winners of Good Design Award 2016, and visitors to "GOOD DESIGN GRAND AWARD ELECTION 2016" Exhibition, held at Marunouchi, Tokyo from September 29 to October 23, casted their votes to select the winning entry, World Map Projection [AuthaGraph World Map].

　　好设计金奖，被视为2016年的年度设计大奖，在今年的9月29日从来自全世界范围内的六名候选人中最终选定获奖作品。包括好设计评审团、2016年好设计奖获奖者以及参观“2016年好设计大奖赛获奖作品展”的观众一起投票选出了世界各地的获奖作品，囊入世界地图作品AuthaGraph World Map中。（2016年的好设计大奖赛获奖作品展在东京丸之内展出，时间：9月29日—10月23日）。

This original mapping method projects the map of the world on a flat surface while maintaining correctly proportions of the earth. AuthaGraph provides an advanced precise perspective of our planet, by representing round surfaces and creating an multi-central aspect, known as G20. This world map was designed to portray the globe more accurately to understand the complicated world of humans and represent it precisely.

　　最初的绘制方法是在二维的平面上进行，同时保持地球的比例。AuthaGraph通过运用圆形的表面打造一个多中心视角（叫G20）来呈现一个高精度的地球。这个世界地图的设计是为了更加精准的描绘我们赖以生存的地球，以便更好地理解复杂多变的人类星球。
