Founded in 2003 in San Diego, California, TOPOS Landscape Architects is distinguished by its timeless design on the west coast of the United States. The firm's work is modern in tone, based on classic proportion and scale.

In each project, we explore the notion of purity, clarity and intimacy, with focus on space making. Our design focuses on understanding people's experience, exploring poetic imagery from local culture, to provide unique vitality and new experience to each site, and promote emotional dialogue between people and the place.

God is in the detail. TOPOS' design is rooted in Southern California arts and crafts tradition, with fusion of oriental culture.
