Responsible for meeting design objectives, to ensure
1. That design meets the brief and approval from client.
2. That design product were desirable, functional, appealing & appropriate to meet agreed standards.
3. That design meets local building regulation and/ or authority requirements.
4. That the design is managed within an agreed construction cost plan or budget
5. Timely completion of design of project elements to meet project delivery.
6. Review of the design documentation that design is capable of being constructed, effectively and practically with available construction methods, materials and resources.
7. The design were capable of being constructed safely, that the resultant works will be safe to occupants/ tenants, consumers and in maintenance operations.

Very conversant in technical design, translating concept to schematic design, design development and construction detail.
Aside from working on design firm, I gained my technical expertise through great successful years in construction, interior contracting, fitting-out and decoration including fixture & furniture system.
