城市設計的理念是專注傾聽居住者深層的需求及喜好，深度瞭解空間的環境及條件，致力追求人與空間互動產生的最佳對話，並以此為礎石完成臻於美善的設計美學。
以設計為主導，不僅強調內裝的重新鋪陳、設計細節，更善於以建築的宏觀，從整體面全面改良，擘劃更適於居住的合理化動線格局，甚至，藉由設計改造，令原建物對外取得更好的對應與尊重關係，打造更優異的空間品質。
