基地位置交通繁忙，外廓造型上特以醒目外牆區隔內外，體表的黑色金屬窗櫺格輝映局部黑鏡，沉靜間別有一番激昂脈搏。為了忠實執行大面寬構圖，同時克服外在風力及強化本體支撐，最終發展出褶曲立面的多角度，一來增強抗風係數，其次是提升作為地景藝術的可能。內部以前衛手法詮釋中西、古今交融之美，透過現代材質的反差混搭，激盪出入口映象的大器堂皇，徐行路徑佈局水景與中式宅門，掩映幽渺的東方園林旨趣，迎賓櫃檯倣鑽石面的工筆，輝映天花板的如意浮雕紋飾，華貴金箔幻化光影，極細緻的溫潤透過切割，成就無瑕的畫面比例，玻璃、金屬、綠意植栽扮演串場介質，將尊榮凝聚為優雅。此外，洗手間的設計尤其精湛，以書法「男、女」二字隱喻機能，洗手台水源則由不銹鋼管從天而降，盡情演繹東方情濃的現代人文。

建築的入口處以如意編織出格子的圖樣，在寧靜的夜晚顯得格外醒目。

如意格子不但增強堅固和耐久性，也讓建築更具時尚感。以如意為浮雕 主題的牆面，在陽光照射下散發光輝。

迎賓櫃檯倣鑽石面的工筆，輝映天花板的如意浮雕紋飾和華貴金箔。

The reception's diamond-like craftsmanship matches Ruyi reliefs on the ceiling and extravagant gold leaf.

廊道的兩側牆面以黑色磨砂玻璃，內嵌如意狀的白色燈光，別有一番景緻。

在白色石牆的襯托下，廊道透露出一股神祕的氛圍，帶領你步行至模型區。

On both sides of the hallway, the frosted glass emits light with Ruyi-shapes and it's inserted onto the black mirrors.Accompanied with the white textured stone wall, the hallway creates a mysterious yet appearing aura. And then one will arrive at the model home area.

洗手間門口用顯眼的紅色墨水，以書法的形式在左邊寫下「男」、右邊寫下「女」二字，充分的傳達東方文化。

中間的獨立洗手盆運用不鏽鋼點綴，有效點出兩端洗手間的方向。

The exquisite batheroom features two vividly red Chinese calligraphies of "男" on the left side and "女" on the right, representing "Gentlemen" and "Ladies." And also it perfectly reflects contemporary eastern culture. The independent basin in the middle is another distinction, for its stainless steel conduits.
