　　Surpass Court, located on Yongjia Road in the former French Concession, reused the buildings of an abandoned aviation research institute and turned them into a modern urban lifestyle center.

　　The centerpiece of the project is a calm courtyard, setback from the street and free of cars, a rare find in Shanghai. Surpass Court offers a mix of office, culture, and leisure spaces, with bars and restaurants on the ground floors.
