海棠悦府二期项目位于有“亚洲夏威夷”之称的三亚，豪华酒店云集的海棠湾片区。该项目被规划为豪华度假住宅，将私享生活与酒店度假村的尊贵精致感与舒适度完美融合。景观设计理念旨在营造一种沉浸式的森居生活体验，让自然景观逐步有意识式地展开。

Park Lane Complex Phase2 is located in Sanya, which is known as "the Hawaii of Asia", and in the Haitang Bay area where luxury hotels are densely distributed. It is envisioned as a Luxury Vacation Residence, where private living is seamlessly infused with the luxury sophistication and comfort of hotel and resort living. The landscape vision is rooted in creating an immersive experience of living within forest environment where nature unfolds gradually and intentionally.

-借景 Borrowed Scenery

原规划入口空间比较窄，因此景观引入了超过 65 米的市政景观缓冲带，以营造出宽敞、开放的迎宾序列，从而提高辨识度并减少空间拥堵感。

The original planning of the entrance was relatively narrow. Therefore, the municipal landscape buffer zone of over 65 meters is introduced to create a generous, open arrival sequence that enhances visibility and reduces spatial compression.

-建筑尺度与人的尺度Building scale and human scale

Tectionx将项目的主入口设定为一段从过渡空间开启的旅程，由两个尺度构成。建筑尺度表达抵达感，通过建筑设计体现奢华品质感；而人的尺度则通过亲切和软和的触感来激发人的感官体验。

Tectonix defines the arrival setting as a journey into a transitional space composed of two scales. Architectural scale to compliment the sense of arrival related to the architectural design with essence of luxury and Human scale to motivate human's senses with an intimacy and soft touch.

设计方法是通过创造一系列有机形状和样式的装饰性要素，受“树冠与树冠间隙”的启发，在充满自然光线、阴影和轮廓的闭合空间中为访客营造出令人着迷且意想不到的体验。通过特色构筑物的引入，重新组织空间， 形成项目鲜明且亦辨识的特色，同时摒弃了以几何秩序排列的宏伟规模和单调布局的住宅塔楼，最终引入了新的更多以人的尺度为主导的景观场景。

The design approach is to create a series of decorative elements in organic shape & form inspired by "Tree & Tree shyness", beautifully creates the mesmerized and unexpected experiences in an enclosed space with natural light, shade and shadow for guests. By introducing iconic feature element, the space is reorganized to create a strong and recognizable identity for the project. Concurrently, the monumental scale & monotonous arrangement of residential towers in geometric order have been eliminated and ultimately introduced the new context where landscape setting is more dominated in human scale.

入口引入特色石笋状构筑物重新组织空间和建筑关系

-先抑后扬Rise after restraining

景观元素精心地向内交织，引领访客沿着一条精致设计的先抑后扬的路径展开。接待大堂建筑的布局巧妙地把进入内部花园前的直接视线围合住。两侧精致的景墙起到围合作用，控制视线，增强了空间的序列感。这使得抵达的过程更加多层次、引人入胜且有记忆点。

Landscape elements are carefully woven inward, leading visitors along a refined path of unfolding scenes. The Reception Lobby building is strategically positioned to enclose direct views before flowing to the inner garden. Crafted walls on both sides form an enclosed approach, controlling sightlines and enhancing the spatial sequence. This makes arrival more layered, engaging, and memorable.

随着景观空间引导体验不同的场景转换

-巧妙利用高差Ingeniously utilizes the level difference

泳池区域位于地下一层，紧邻停车场区域。设计旨在将休闲氛围与停车场区分开来。泳池标高被抬升，采用密集种植并结合多层次布局的方式，在人的视线范围内建立一道绿色屏障，用以遮挡视线、减少车辆和建筑设施带来的噪音，同时避免使用实体墙，以保持空气流通和自然光线透入停车场。

The pool is located at the basement level adjacent to the car parking area, it is designed to distinctly separate leisure vibe from car parking. The pool level has been raised and dense planting with multi-layering composition is beautifully applied as a Green Buffer at eye level to screen views and minimize noise from vehicles and building structures, while avoiding solid walls to maintain airflow and natural daylight penetration.

南区-成人泳池

在会所旁，这一区域专门用于健身游泳，并直接与健身房设施相连。

-South Zone – Adult Pool
Adjacent to the Clubhouse, this area is dedicated to fitness swimming and connects directly to the gym facilities.

北区-家庭及儿童泳池

该区域位于儿童游乐场附近，设有儿童水上游乐区，确保了家庭活动的安全性、便利性和连贯性。

-North Zone – Family & Kids Pool
Located near the playground, this zone includes a Kid Water Play area, ensuring safety, convenience, and continuity for family activities.

中心区域-社交泳池

作为下沉式景观的核心区域，社交泳池在视觉上与上方的花园相连，营造出奢华度假胜地的氛围。

-Central Zone – Social Pool
Positioned as the heart of the sunken landscape, the Social Pool connects visually to the garden above and embodies the atmosphere of a luxury vacation resort.

水位和水池边缘的高差变化划分了不同区域，同时营造出视觉深度，并促进水流从高处流向低处。这种逐级下降的序列增强了连贯性，并强化了整体的水景故事性。

Subtle variations in water levels and pool edges define each zone while creating visual depth and facilitating natural water flow from higher to lower levels. This cascading sequence enhances continuity and reinforces the overall water narrative.

在泳池周围精心种植树木形成一片郁郁葱葱的绿色背景，遮挡了周围建筑物的视线，同时框定了多层次的水轴，从而强化了热带森林绿洲的视觉效果。

Trees are strategically planted around the pools to form a lush green backdrop, filtering views of surrounding buildings and framing the multi-layered water axis reinforcing the image of a tropical forest oasis.

-景观渗透空间Permeable Landscape Space

该项目重新定义了景观与建筑及室内的关系。平地而起的屋面花园作为二楼住户的对景花园，室内架空层与景观的无缝衔接，地下停车场引入自然光线和景色等等，极大地模糊了建筑和景观、室内和室外的关系，形成了真正的独特的森居体验。

This project redefined the relationship between landscape and architecture& interior. The elevated roof garden serves as a backdrop garden for the second-floor residents, the seamless connection between the interior open floor and the landscape, the introduction of natural light and scenery into the underground parking etc. It greatly blurred the boundaries between architecture and landscape, interior and exterior, creating a truly unique forest living experience.
