Inspired by a culture that embodies the anthem “work hard, play hard”, we have created a physical manifestation of an alternate universe. From the initial allure of the archive room to the culmination in the iconic 1970s-style penthouse, the experience of these four venues blends design, ambiance, and thematic inspirations. It is an invitation to step outside the ordinary and immerse oneself in a world where work, play, and imagination intertwine.

As the guest arrives at the 32nd floor, it is evident that the venue has a feeling of a futuristic filing room, like the iconic science fiction film, Blade Runner. There are collections of nostalgic childhood stories and manga featuring prominent characters. At the front desk, the design transforms into a whimsical cartoon artist's dream-making studio. This imaginative space, adorned with a vintage analogue clock and work-in-progress sketches on the walls, signifies the transition from the workday to a vibrant celebration. From this point forward, guests embark on a journey that blurs the boundaries between reality and fantasy. Whiskey Nova, the first F&B venue in this captivating space, comes to life.

Whisky Nova brings the vibe of 1980s Ametora and functions as a whiskey centric venue, where

guests can enjoy a variety of unique whiskey-inspired cocktails, an extensive collection of wine, and

the ever-popular fine aged steak. The diagonal wood trim detail, reminiscent of an oversized comic

panel, imbues the space with a strong graphic character, seamlessly connecting all zones throughout

the venue. Against a backdrop of handcrafted mustard yellow wall tiles and patterned Japanese

parquet flooring, the bold brick-red bar stools and high-gloss lacquer ceiling take center stage,becoming focal points of the bar area. To add a playful touch and enhance the cozy atmosphere, asymmetrical wall sconces and halftone bar lamps provide dynamic and varied lighting.

Upon entering the main dining area, guests are greeted by a distinctive feature—a custom-made whiskey display cabinet. This exquisite piece not only showcases a curated collection of fine whiskies but also serves as a storage space for regular patrons to house their favorite bottles. Adding a touch of nostalgia, antique brass name plates allow VIP guests to label their bottles, creating a sense of ownership and exclusivity.

On the opposite wall, a moveable partition becomes a canvas for a series of captivating illustrations. These stunning artworks are a celebration of the vibrant elements found in Osaka, reimagined through the eyes of a talented Thai artist. The illustrations pay homage to the local culture while honoring the roots of the Centara brand, uniting the essence of both worlds in a visually striking display.

On this level as well, there is a hidden gem, AUTOMATA, that takes its inspiration from Japan’s automation culture. This venue has a self-pour beer station and provides simple bar food. Taking inspiration from Japanese retro-futurism, this venue feels like stepping into a scene from Blade Runner which was hinted at in the arrival area. Concealed behind the main bar of Whiskey Nova, the entry to AUTOMATA is ingeniously hidden, with only the shadow cast by its logo revealing its location when illuminated. An element of intrigue is further added through a secret rotating pass-through window, granting those in the know the opportunity to order a special cocktail from the main bar.

The entire space is adorned in semi-reflective stainless steel, paying homage to the dawn of Japan's robotic era. The sleek concrete floor adds an industrial touch, evoking a sense of technological progress. Custom-made hexagon neon light fixtures, running LED menus, and meticulously chosen metallic furniture come together to create a real time warp, transporting guests into an alluring realm where past visions of the future blend seamlessly with the present.

From here, the adventure continues as guests ascend the staircase, crossing into the collector's room, Smoke and Spin. Located on the highest floor with the most stunning view in Osaka, guests are part of a fascinating journey that pays homage to Japan's superstars, and embraces the vibrant essence of the 1970s and the back-to-nature movement. The room serves as a treasure trove of memorabilia and history, celebrating the inspiring stories of Japan's iconic figures who rose to prominence from humble beginnings. There are two indoor areas, both connected with the outdoor seating, offering guests a range of dining and lounging options. The living room functions as an inviting afternoon tea lounge, encouraging relaxation and casual conversations. Adjacent to it, the grand kitchen takes center stage as a dining room, serving up signature cold smoked dishes sourced from the sea.

Within Smoke and Spin, warm wood finishes adorn the walls, enveloping the space in a sense of exclusivity and luxury. This elevated atmosphere sets the stage for a memorable dining experience; contrasting with the lower floors and further heightening guests’ anticipation.Guests are greeted by a stunning light feature suspended above the raised seating. Reflecting the glow of a stadium spotlight, the illumination evokes a sense of excitement and grandeur, reminiscent of Japan's baseball history. Ceiling panels shaped like a home plate further reinforce this connection, transporting guests into a realm where athleticism and glamor intertwine. Adding another layer of intrigue, the design incorporates funky technicolor highlights, exuberant use of bright colors, and geometric shapes and patterns on the furniture. This eclectic combination creates an atmosphere akin to attending a party at a superstar's penthouse, infusing the space with energy and an aura of celebration.

The design of Kunsei Kitchen is a harmonious fusion of contemporary elegance and traditional Japanese elements, creating a dramatic space that invites guests to embark on a sensory journey. The venue is meticulously adorned with handcrafted blue tiles, reminiscent of the vast and tranquil Sea of Japan, enveloping visitors in a serene ambiance.

Opposite the smoker fridge, traditional Japanese strawworks hold an assortment of locally sourced herbs, infusing the air with their fragrant allure. This connection to the land pays homage to the roots of Japanese cuisine, fostering a deep appreciation for the ingredients that grace the menu.

The carefully curated sake collection takes center stage, with an eye-catching showcase of meticulously handcrafted bottles and artisanal cups. This display of crafted glassware showcases the rich heritage and artistry associated with sake, offering a unique glimpse into Japanese culture.
