The first Ritz-Carlton branded stand-alone residential project in Texas, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, The Woodlands, was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects who oversaw the project's exterior and interior architecture, including a limited collection of 111 spacious residences for sale and the project's approx.15,000 square feet of exceptional indoor amenities spaces. This is in addition to approximately three acres of outdoor, private resort-like amenities that will also be available to homeowners.

For this project Robert A.M. Stern Architect's design is an ode to iconic, sprawling Texas estates, the Lone Star State and the work of John F. Staub, the acclaimed architect beloved for the unique private homes he designed across Houston. The project's country club-like amenities include an owner’s lounge and bar area with concierge service, private dining rooms, a wine cellar, a library that opens onto a private garden, to name a few. The project’s wellness amenities include a fitness center overlooking Lake Woodlands with an abundance of natural light and outstanding views, his and hers locker rooms with cold plunge and dry sauna rooms, treatment rooms, and a multi-sport virtual simulator room, among other sophisticated amenities.
