触角设计工作室：琥珀KOHAKU omakase

“琥珀”是由柏松脂裹挟着细屑生物，经过数千万年的聚合，沉淀等作用而形成的质地温润细致的宝石。其自古被视作珍贵的宝物，被赋予趋吉避凶以及长寿的美好寓意，深受人们珍爱。

琥珀KOHAKU omakase带着真诚和温暖而来。设计之初我们便定下餐厅的风格基调，以自然温暖的调性和开放的姿态面向大众食客。

“Amber" is a kind of gemstone with fine and delicate texture，that was formed over tens of millions of years through the polymerisation and precipitation of resin, coated with organisms. Since ancient times, it has been regarded as a precious treasure and cherished as a symbol of good fortune and longevity. KOHAKU omakase, with a meaning of “amber” in Chinese, embodied sincerity and warmth. From the outset of the design process, our aim was to set the vibe of the restaurant to be natural, warm and welcoming to all diners.

区位特色

Location Features

餐厅选址位于天府艺术公园里的新商圈——天府111，整个商场由开敞式商业庭院空间组成，独栋建筑间由蜿蜒水景串联。琥珀KOHAKU omakase餐厅（下文简称琥珀）坐落于一层。场地格局方正，其中两面外墙为通透的玻璃幕墙，一侧毗邻水景步道，植被丰茂，一侧则视野开阔，面临百亩桂湖。

The restaurant was situated at Tianfu 111, a new shopping area inside the Tianfu Art Park. The

entire mall featured an open commercial courtyard space, with winding water features connecting

individual buildings. Located on the first floor, KOHAKU omakase has a square structure with two exterior transparent glass curtain walls. One side is adjacent to the water walkway with lush

vegetation, while the other side offeres an open view facing Yinggui Lake, spanning over 100

acres.

店铺确定入口位置后，我们将立面材质进行局部改造，局部由玻璃改变为大块花岗石板，并凿出凹龛嵌入精致的金属店招。石材低调稳重，平衡了一些玻璃反射带来的不确定感。

After determining the location of KOHAKU’s entrance, we partially modified the façade material, switching from glass to large granite slabs and embedding delicate metal signage into chiselled niches. The stone material was understated and serene, balancing some of the uncertainties arising from the glass reflections.

京都的传统屋宅中，通常有“坪庭”的存在，即利用建筑与建筑之间的空隙作为中庭，打造微缩自然的美景空间供人欣赏。在琥珀内部，我们也设计了一个庭院空间，丰富空间层次。宾客进入餐厅，自玄关处的接待台被带往坐席，可在这里稍作停留。沿着玻璃外墙构建的木质檐廊下，增设茶座。障子窗有意设置成不同的高度，光线透过时自然形成明暗对比。当风扬起时，映入室内的阳光、树影会随时间变化成更加柔和的姿态，仿佛风也吹拂入室。

Inspired by traditional Kyoto houses featuring a "tsubo-niwa," where space between buildings

serves as an atrium to create a natural miniature landscape for enjoyment, we designed a

courtyard within KOHAKU to enrich spatial layers. As guests entered the restaurant, they could linger at the courtyard on their way from the reception desk at the foyer to the seating area. Additional tea seating was available under the wooden veranda constructed along the exterior

glass walls. The intentionally varied heights of the Shouji windows created a natural contrast of

light. Every time a breeze sprung up and the sunlight reflected indoors, the shades softened over

time, as if the wind came inside as well.

流动的空间&平实的质感

由中庭转入内室，沿着繁复精美的组子细工廊道来到就餐区。我们采用不同的隔间方式，将内室划分出三个用餐区域——板前区，散座区和VIP包间。隔断上丈量合适的尺度，开窗留洞，以景致入画，装裱于漏窗之间。三个空间相对独立又通透流动，视线不拘泥于一室，从不同的角度感受空间趣味。

Stepping from the atrium into the inner room, you would be led to the dining area along the sophisticated and exquisite Kumiko corridor. Using various compartments, we divided the inner

room into three dining areas: the Itamae area(where diners seated in front of the chef), the casual

seating area, and the VIP room. The partitions were measured, with hollowed-out windows framing outdoor scenery like paintings. These areas remained relatively independent yet

translucent and flowing, offering an enjoyable view from various perspectives.
