Jiaojiaoji has made a new debut with delicacies in the upgraded store in Houhai Harbour, Shenzhen Bay.

新门店除了有招牌的胶原满满火锅，还有独家创意的各式南北料理。在近年花胶鸡火锅餐厅林立的市场里，胶胶鸡除了提供美食飨宴，室内空间也独树一格，重新打造属于当代的新中式夜宴。
In addition to the signature collagen-filled hot pot, the new restaurant also offers a variety of exclusive and creative northern and southern dishes. In a market full of fish maw chicken hot pot restaurants in recent years, Jiaojiaoji offers not only a gourmet feast, but also a unique interior space, re-creating a new contemporary Chinese dinner party.

进入深黑与金色几何多边形重复遍布的长廊， 随着抽象鱼形的金属网吊饰引领，迎来真正鲜活的海中生物。开放式的墙面海鲜池，利用错落堆栈的几何形体，将水箱巧妙地嵌入其中。
In the long corridor with repeated dark and golden geometric polygons, the abstract fish-shaped metal mesh chandelier leads the way to the real live sea creatures. The open kitchen wall incorporates a seafood pool display to subtly embed the water tank using the geometry of staggered stacks.

室内延续东方红和帝王黑的主调色，由墙面延伸至天花的竹条编织带，形成一条条流动的红丝带，增加了空间的戏剧性效果。在红色竹林的围绕下，享用金汤盛宴。
The interior continues the dominant tone of oriental red and imperial black. The woven bamboo strips extending from the wall to the ceiling forms flowing red ribbons, adding the dramatic effect to the space. You may enjoy a golden soup feast surrounded by red bamboo forest.

空间亮点的吧台，利用从天而降层层叠叠的玻璃造型板，配合下方吧台的灯光投射，形成一抹红艳的焦点。后方古铜金的镜面背板，投影出红色竹林的五光十色。
The bar at the end of the space creates a red focal point with the light projection from the bar below by using cascading glass modeling panels that fall from the sky. The multicolored red bamboo forest is projected onto the bronze gold mirrored back panel at the back.

来到隐藏的包房空间，暗红墙面与金箔穹顶的对比，搭配同色系的软装桌椅。随着洒落的澄澈光芒，如同穿越了时空，置身于前世的华贵宫廷。
In the hidden private room, the dark red walls contrast with a gold leaf dome, matching with soft furnished tables and chairs in the same color. The sprinkled light provides a feeling of traveling through time and being in the magnificent palace of the previous life.

胶胶鸡新门店沿用了先前的主要设计元素，也因应不同的店面空间，重新升级调整。带来低调而高端的用餐氛围，当之无愧为花胶鸡界的佼佼者。
The new location of Jiaojiaoji follows the previous main design elements, and is also upgraded and adjusted in response to different store space, bringing a low-key and high-end dining atmosphere, which deserves to be a top-notch store in the fish maw chicken industry.
