项目位于杭州滨江金盛嘉悦广场三层,意为打造一层具有辨识度的商场公区,从而对即将入驻的品牌餐饮做流量加持,商业空间的属性需要窥伺目标客户瞬时视场与体验沉积的终印象,多重商业属性更要细致摩挲空间品格的独特性与区位度。

The project is located on the third floor of Hangzhou Binjiang Jinsheng Jiayue Plaza, which means to create a recognizable shopping mall public area on the first floor, so as to support the flow of brand catering to be settled soon,The properties of commercial space need to peep at the final impression deposited by the instantaneous sight and experience of target customers, and multiple commercial properties need to carefully explore the uniqueness and locality of space character.

设计着力规避商业公共区域的平庸体验,通过二维平面的区域性拼接摆脱传统三维空间的标准化认知,以期获得规划领域内的情感吸附、意识投影与观念渗透,打造一个别具匠心的失重感商业空间。

The design avoids the banal experience of the commercial public area, and gets rid of the standardized perception of traditional three-dimensional space through the regional patchwork of two-dimensional planes, in order to obtain emotional adsorption, consciousness projection and conceptual penetration in the planning field, creating a unique commercial space with a sense of weightlessness.

线性的切割与规整的堆砌在待规划的宏大区域内显得扭捏,而粗犷的线条曲面更能张成了空间概念式的失重感。

 linear cutting and regular stacking look awkward in the grand area to be planned, while the rough curved lines are more likely to become a conceptual weightlessness of space.

失重感弥散可能引发空间功能属性的失格,功利性地调解又可能导致氛围感的失衡。故而设计强化实用主义对于区域的分配切割,重塑商业规范化的运营逻辑。忽略中心,专注单元,通过局部的无序解构整体的运动本质,平衡随机性与同质性的差异化表达。这种引导又对抗的设计idea,并非在故作呻吟,通过与现实微妙的割裂感,实现观念的定格、层次的定序、概念的定位,深邃而克制,热烈且清醒。

The diffusion of the sense of weightlessness may lead to the disqualification of the functional properties of the space, while the utilitarian mediation may lead to the imbalance of the atmosphere. Therefore, the design strengthens the pragmatism for the distribution of area cutting and reshapes the logic of commercial standardized operation. By ignoring the center and focusing on the unit, it deconstructs the movement nature of the whole through local disorder and balances the randomness and homogeneity of the differentiated expression. This kind of guiding and confrontational design idea is not a pretense, but a subtle sense of severance from reality to achieve the framing of concepts, the ordering of levels and the positioning of concepts, profound and restrained, warm and sober.

不同平面间的相关呼应,以二维的角度是旁观与可约的,而置于空间中,更愿意描述成呈现状态的集合。每一层平面都扮演一种状态,状态的内在解释是时间尺度上的随机变量,外在表达是呈现集合内的稳定存在。于是三维空间下的设计可以模化为刻画状态概率性与复杂度的思维矩阵。

The correlation between the different planes is observable and approximate from a two-dimensional perspective. But in the space, it is preferred to be described as a collection of presented states. Each layer of the plane plays a state, the inner interpretation of the state is a random variable on the time scale, and the outer expression is a stable existence within the set of presentation. Thus the design in three-dimensional space can be molded into a matrix of thoughts that portrays the probability and complexity of state

视线焦点是对每块平面做立足各个顶点的固定悬浮,轮廓的有机整合了地板的水平位、墙面的垂直板,天花的集束层以及扶梯金属栏杆的对角线,保持了整体空间的统一性与复杂度。地面、墙面与顶面脱离了各自的结构概念,跟随工艺的技巧失维成散落的线与随机的点,依附功能属性,勾勒空间肌理,全自由度地解构经典,重塑标准。对于其表面,选用人工喷绘的方式对金属形体进行重塑,弱化金属表面固有的强硬感,以艺术感知过渡视觉解读,随性而不随意,失形而不失真。

The focal point of sight is the fixed suspension of each plane based on each vertex, the organic integration of the contours of the horizontal bit of the floor, the vertical panel of the wall, the cluster layer of the ceiling and the diagonal of the metal railing of the escalator, maintaining the unity and complexity of the overall space. The floor, wall and ceiling are detached from their respective structural concepts, following the skill of the process to lose dimension into scattered lines and random points, attaching to functional properties, outlining the texture of space, deconstructing the classics with full freedom and reshaping the standards.manual spray painting is chosen to reshape the metal form, weakening the inherent toughness of the metal surface, replacing visual interpretation with artistic perception, spontaneous but not arbitrary, deformed but not distorted.

我们在部分金属表面采用了与光影充分适配的裂变漆。漆面的裂纹源于油彩与金属载体的化学反应,而各自形态的成型是随机且无序的。光线伴随材料表面剥离又依附,单线繁密间隔为空间作区域化导向式延伸。

we finally choose fissile lacquer on some of the metal surfaces that is well suited to light and shadow. The cracks in the lacquer surface arise from the chemical reaction between the oil paint and the metal carrier, while forms are shaped in a random and disorderly manner, respectively. The light follows the surface of the material as it peels but adheres, with single lines of dense spacing providing a regionalised and oriented extension of space.

我们对高层空间不可达的概念做出模糊化包装,试图以可能性回应所有猜度。在否决了底层空间线性的无趣叠加,选择以起伏阐述姿态,以尖锐打破常规,以点、线、面的升维跨越将信息的传递路径极速化,获取体验元素集合的极优解。原生空间以体块表面为基面延拓,与派生空间互相扣索,设计尝试以光影为视角,拆解平面,捕获意识,渲染维度的跳脱与尺度的压扩,实现物质到精神的内外穿越。

 We make a blurred packaging of the concept of unreachability of the upper space, trying to respond to all guesses with possibilities. After rejecting the linear and uninteresting superposition of the ground floor space, we choose to elaborate the gesture with undulation, break the convention with sharpness, and polarize the transmission path of information with the ascending span of points, lines and surfaces to obtain an excellent solution for the collection of experience elements.The primary space is extended by the surface of the block and interconnected with the derived space. The design tries to take light and shadow as the perspective, dismantle the plane, capture the consciousness, render the jump of dimension and the pressure expansion of scale, and realize the internal and external crossing from material to spiritual.

考虑到不同区域商业属性的潜在重叠,我们同时试图营造一种并行多窗口的体验模式,即从时空的不同角度错落焦点平面的反馈,并以高低的层次定义秩序的排序,力求初始客观价值的归零。设计思考的是在最合理的区域具化一处公平的观景平台,而景在何处,景为何物,则不作任何干扰性的提示。

Considering the potential overlap of commercial properties in different areas, we simultaneously attempt to create a parallel multi-window experience model that disrupts the feedback of the focal plane from different perspectives in space and time, and defines the ordering of order in terms of a hierarchy of high and low, seeking to zero in on the initial objective value The design contemplates a fair viewing platform in the most reasonable area, without any intrusive output on where and what the view is.
