项目介绍 Project Intro

改造前的套内面积为67㎡，户型基本呈现L形，南北东西向均有600 x 400mm巨梁且所有管道无法穿越。长窗朝西，景色临街，卧室空间无法满足一家四口分配。

The project was 67 square meters, and was basically L-shaped, with huge beams of 600 x 400mm in the north, south, east and west directions and all the pipes could not be crossed. The long window faces west, with spectacular street view. The bedroom space cannot meet the allocation of a family of four.

设计针对以下几点进行改造：通过分割和位移卫生间，置入「盒子」恭桶间 ；「盒子」形成了2道独立动线，分别通向儿童房与主卧，且顺势形成了四分离的卫浴布局；起居室通过布局依次满足玄关-餐厨-起居室-学习区的功能；通过地新风-功能布局-管道排布的结合解决巨梁带来的问题。

The renovation is designed for the following changes. By dividing and displacing the bathroom, a "BOX" (toilet) was placed in. The "BOX" formed two independent circulations, leading to the children's room and the master bedroom respectively, and formed a four-separated bathroom layout. The living room meets the functions of entrance hall - dining kitchen - living room - study area through the layout. The problems caused by giant beams were solved through the combination of fresh air system, functional layout and duct arrangement.

不同的柜体组合可以同时满足多功能场景需求和储物收纳。

Different cabinet combinations can simultaneously meet the needs of multifunctional scenarios and storage.

通过「盒子」激活空间，形成新的动线，每个区域都有使用不同程度的延伸，穿透，借景等设计手法。不同生活场景的收纳问题在每个区域都得到了解决，同时我们也通过这些实用收纳去营造空间氛围，通过包容性、开放性的布局让居住在内的家人产生更多的行为对话。

The “BOX” is used to activate space and form a new circulation of the house. Each area has applied extension, penetration, borrowing and other design techniques. The problem of storage for different living requirement is solved. Meanwhile, we create spatial atmosphere through these practical storages, try to increase emotional connections within family members by inclusive and opened layout.

根据落地问题进行分析后，制定以下解决方案：绿色管道连接物业管道井内水冷空调，儿童房完全被巨梁隔断，进深无法安放室内机，通过与主卧空调共享风机解决制冷问题。红色管道代表新风，用地送风的形式避开主梁，主竖管连接的送风管道隐藏在儿童房收纳柜内。地新风，地暖管道，水电管道，主排污管道位移都同层铺设，避免任何交叉，解决层高问题。

After the analysis, the following solution was developed: the green duct was connected to the water-cooled air conditioner in the property's duct well, the children's room was completely separated by the giant beam, and the depth of space could not place the indoor unit, however, the cooling problem was solved by sharing the fan with the master bedroom air conditioner. The red duct represents fresh air, in the form of ground air supply to avoid the main beam, and the main vertical ducts connected to the air supply ducts are hidden in the children's room storage cabinet. Floor fresh air, floor heating pipes, plumbing pipes, and main sewer pipe displacement are all laid on the same level to avoid any crossover and solve the problem of floor height.

玄关 The Entryway

入户玄关设置衣帽鞋柜和设备高柜来解决入户收纳的问题，顶部设置发光灯膜照明弥补入户光线不足的问题。不同材质的对比与搭配使得空间具有质感。

The entryway is equipped with closet and high cabinet to solved the problem of household storage. The ceiling is set with luminous film lighting to compensate for the problem of insufficient light in the hallway. The contrast and collocation of different materials make the space distinctive.

柜体内隐藏了洗衣机和烘干机及所有的清洁用品。悬空柜体下设灯带引导路径，拉出柜体暗藏旋转鞋架，储物饱满。

The cabinet conceals washer, dryer and all cleaning supplies. The overhanging cabinet has light strip underneath to guide the path. The pull-out cabinet inserted a rotating shoe rack for full storage.

入户设计了洞洞板来利用厚度不够的区域，顶部采用木饰面与灯膜的搭配来解决玄关处采光不足的问题，使顶面造型变得更加整洁。

The entrance is designed with cavity board to utilize the wall where is not thick enough. The ceiling is collocated with wood veneer and light film to solve the problem of insufficient daylight at the entrance, also make the ceiling neater and more unified.

厨房 kitchen

厨房和玄关的区域用了木饰面分色，通过材质与客厅区域过渡，木饰面与灰砖的搭配营造出沉稳内敛的空间品质。

The kitchen and entryway use wood color to make distinction, make transition from entrance area to living room by texture. Wood veneer and grey tile create a calm and introspective quality.

墙面设置了多功能插座和管线机，倒台下方设置空区满足垃圾分类的需求。

Muti-functional sockets and pipeline machines are set up on the wall, empty areas are set up under the kitchen island for waste sorting.

厨房区域的灯光由点，线，面等不同光源组成，增强了视觉丰富性。

The lighting of kitchen area is composed of different light sources such as points, lines and surfaces, which increases the visual richness.

客厅 Living Room

满墙书柜奠定了起居室的基调。学习、玩耍和交流是这个空间的主要功能。

Full-wall bookcase sets the tone and ambience of the living room. Learning, playing and communicating are the main functions of this space.

现代住宅中，起居室承载了连接家庭成员情感的作用，我们更希望强调空间下家庭成员的互动性，不再单纯以电视为中心，学习、玩耍、就餐、观影都可以是空间的主旋律。

In contemporary residence, the living room carries the role of connecting the emotions of family members, and we would like to emphasize the interactivity of family members in the space, instead of focusing on the TV, learning, playing, dining and watching movies can be main theme of the space as well.  

客厅承重梁上设有两个挂钩，设备可根据不同使用需求自行拆卸。男女主人可以在这里健身，练瑜伽，孩子们可以在这里荡秋千。

There are two hooks on the load-bearing beams in the living room, the equipment can be dismantled according to different needs. The host and hostess can work out and practice yoga here, children can swing here too.

在“盒子”的侧面墙上安装了涂鸦面板，孩子可以在这里涂鸦创作，也可以用于记录家庭日常，丰富了客厅的互动性。

Graffiti panel is installed on the side wall of the "BOX", where children can doodle and make creation, also can be used to record family routines, enhances the function of interactivity of the living room.

通过「盒子」激活空间的布局，形成了去儿童房与主卧的两条路径。内部是一个独立的恭桶间，过道中设置洗漱间，壁炉后方的空间是独立的湿区，有淋浴区和浴缸区，解决四口之家早上同时使用的问题。

The spatial layout is activated by “BOX”, forming two paths to the children’s room and the master bedroom. The “BOX” is a separated toilet room，with a washroom in the hallway. The space behind the fireplace is a separate wet area includes shower and bathtub, which can solve the problem of a family of four using it in the morning at the same time.

沙发区域，背靠着满墙的书柜，陈列小朋友的乐高与书籍。

A wall full of bookcases, displays children's Lego and books.

客厅没有采用茶几，地毯方便二宝的爬行和玩耍。背靠玄关柜设置了钢琴区域。

The living room does not adopt coffee table. The carpet is convenient for the children to crawl and play. A piano is placed behind the entrance cabinet.

「盒子」的侧面开了不同尺寸洞口，用磨砂亚克力隔开，增加空间趣味性的同时也解决盒子内的部分采光问题。

There are different size holes on the side walls of the “BOX”, installed by frosted acrylic, which not only adds interest, but also solves the problem of no natural light inside the room.

餐厅 Dining Area

实木餐桌是一家的聚餐所在，也是书桌和学习之地，靠近飘窗设置了灯光照明和辅助收纳。

The dining table is where the family gathers for meals, as well as a desk and study area. Near the floating window, lighting and auxiliary storage are set up.

整个房间的采光面是西向的，我们用蜂巢百叶窗帘来柔和光线。 

The light is coming from the west side of the house. We use the honeycomb blinds to weaken the natural light.

卫生间区域 Bathroom

客厅里最显眼的「盒子」是一个独立的恭桶间。圆形亚克力窗增加了内部采光。白板是两个孩子涂鸦创作的地方。下方的金属网格是地送新风的一个出风口。

The most conspicuous spot” BOX” in the living room is an independent toilet room. Circular acrylic windows provide natural light for the interior. The whiteboard is for children doodle. The metal grate below serves as an outlet for fresh air.

「盒子」内部。岩板一体定制小台盆，单独的排风系统，外部的孔洞折射出自然光线。

「盒子」通往主卧的通道凹出了洗手池，下方悬空区域设置了扫地机器人所在，右侧的壁龛占用了壁炉上方柜体的空间增加洗漱相关收纳。

There is recessed sink on the hallway from “BOX” to the master bedroom. A void space below reserved for sweeping robot. Niche on the right side occupies the upper cabinet of fireplace for additional storage space for toiletries.

原来的卫生间形成了独立的湿区，有单独的浴缸和单独的淋浴区域，暗埋电暖气。

The original bathroom was converted into an independent wet area, with separate bathtub and shower area and hidden electric heating.

卧室 The Master Bedroom

主卧有一根600 x 400mm的梁，我们采用弧形的形式进行弱化处理，同时也增加了空间的趣味性。

There is a 600 x 400mm beam in the master bedroom. We weaken the shape with a curved form, which also increase interest of the space.

空间完全依靠灯带照亮。飘窗的处理同样沿用了客厅的处理方法，凸出的部分暗藏了灯带，将飘窗设置到适合坐的高度同时也解决了收纳问题。

Bedroom is completely illuminated by light strips. The floating window follows the treatment of the living room, with concealed light strip. The height of the floating window is suitable for people to sit, also composed with cabinets to solve the storage problem.

儿童房 Children’s Room

儿童房定制了适合小朋友身高的上下床位，爬梯是客厅的秋千，可以一物两用。房间采用淡淡的灰绿色基调来营造空间氛围。

The children's room is customized with a bunk bed that fits the size of the child's height; the climbing ladder is the swing that can be used for two things at once. The space adopts light gray-green tone to create living atmosphere.

儿童房间配备了单独的学习区域，两个孩子都可以有独立的学习区。下方的金属网格同样是地送新风的一个出口，座椅采用了适合小朋友不同身高的学习椅，墙面安装洞洞板，既灵活收纳，又有助于儿童动手能力的开发。

The children's room is equipped with separate study area, that both children can have their own learning space. The metal grid underneath is an outlet for fresh air from the ground. The seats are suitable for children of different heights. The wall is equipped with hole board, which is flexible for storage and conducive to the development of children’s hands-on skills.
