据说，她买的是一套多年销售未成的尾房，它是会被人最后选择的一套屋房。也许，它的结构设计真没其他的“它”好。她并不想在“常规”户型上去精装生活，它被她选择是因为她只是安静地寻找自己内心真实的声音：改成吻合自己的就是最好的选择！它是她的选择。

It is said that she bought a house that had been sold for many years. It is the last house that will be chosen. Maybe its structural design is not as good as other "it". She doesn't want to live in hardcover in the "regular" house type, it was chosen by her because she just quietly looked for her inner real voice: the best choice is to match her own! It was her choice.

地下室采用流通打开空间的方式，集影音、阅读、休闲、乐队创作、儿童娱乐、休闲酒吧台为一体，开放的空间使家人有更多的娱乐交流的机会

“空间的交流，使人在空间环境中拥有轻松的生活体验”

The exchange of space makes people have a relaxed life experience in the space environment

建筑内部结合室内需求做了调整，将人的心理感受、视觉感受和想表达的情感从建筑就开始延续、建构。空间的布局皆依据有逻辑的原则，一是功能的方便、收纳的强大，二是各种生活习惯都有合适的所在，三则是尽量让人与空间、空间与光照、光照与人之间产生关联。

一层空间增加了入口及过道空间尺度，在放大公共空间的同时，也能增进成员交流，增加小孩的运动玩乐空间。同时增强了厨房与餐厅的组织交流关系，让厨房成为Yang的重要交流场所，冬日在壁炉边看着书，聚着餐，生活无限美好。开放的格局让女主人不再独自待在小小空间里被理不完的杂务绊住手脚、每天于顾小孩和繁琐的家务间拉扯得焦头烂额，而是优雅自如地领着小小主人对万事赋予行动力、用心参与生活的每一刻。地下室空间，在东边的大窗边做了挑空，让两个空间对话起来，地下室采用流通打开空气的方式，集影音、阅读、休闲、乐队创作、儿童娱乐、休闲酒吧台为一体，开放的空间使家人有更多的娱乐交流的机会。

自然光是最值得期望的。如果能让阳光在室内进行变化和流动，让阳光能够停留或对话在多个空间，对居住者来说都是奢侈的。这里，我们成全了这份特别的温暖和期待。

The interior of the building has been adjusted in combination with the indoor demand, and the psychological feeling, visual feeling and the emotion to be expressed have been continued and constructed since the building. The layout of space is based on the principle of logic. First, the function is convenient and the storage is powerful. Second, all kinds of living habits are suitable. Third, try to make people and space, space and light, and light and people.

The first floor space increases the space scale of entrance and corridor, which can enlarge the public space, enhance the communication among members, and increase the space for children's sports and play. At the same time, it enhanced the organizational communication relationship between the kitchen and the restaurant, making the kitchen an important communication place for Yang. In winter, reading books by the fireplace, eating together, and living a wonderful life. The open pattern makes the hostess no longer stay alone in the small space and get stuck by the endless chores, and be distracted by the care of children and the tedious housework every day. Instead, she gracefully and freely leads the little hostess to give action to everything and participate in life with heart every moment. Basement space, in the east side of the big window to do a pick up, let the two spaces dialogue, basement circulation open air way, set audio-visual, reading, leisure, band creation, children 's entertainment, leisure bar as one, open space for family to have more opportunities for entertainment and communication.

Natural light is the most desirable. If we can let the sunlight change and flow in the room, and let the sunlight stay or talk in multiple spaces, it is a luxury for the residents. Here, we have achieved this special warmth and expectation.
