住宅建筑商品化及临时居住建筑体系（如酒店等）的商业化，使得人们开始关注住宅建筑的审美需求。近期，国际上尤其如此。居住类建筑的审美需求达到一个空前的高度。住区建筑作为人们日常生活功能的容器，空间品质的提升需求日益高涨。空间的礼仪性塑造成为居住建筑在空间品质提升上一个很有效的手段。

Commercialization of residential architecture and temporary residence architectural system (such as hotel) is attracting people’s aesthetic demand for residential architecture, especially internationally in recent years, which brings the aesthetic demand for residential architecture to an unprecedented level. As the container of people’s daily life, residential architecture requires increasingly improvement of space quality. Building etiquette of space has become one of the very effective methods for improving space quality of residential building.

本土与外来，工业遗存与现代文明，多元文化在杨浦区这片具有浓厚底蕴及工业历史的地区当中杂糅，碰撞，重构，最终互相容纳。檀悦101位于杨浦区河间路内环上匝道处，所处位置大街区模块中的一部分，其用地小且狭长，局部轮廓不规则，周遭建筑迭代无序，新老建筑参差并置，如何将区域文化融入住宅设计，并突破项目用地的局限性，成为贯穿整个设计的思考。

With local and foreign civilization, industrial legacy and modern civilization, diversified cultures blend, collide and reconstruct and finally mutually accommodate in Yangpu District, the area of profound history and industrial background. Tanyue 101 is seated at the upper ramp of inner ring of Hejian Road in Yangpu District. This is a part of the big block module. The land is long and narrow, presenting irregular outline and disordered surrounding buildings. How to integrate the regional culture into residential design and break through limitation of the project area has become a key point covering the entire design.  

紧密空间趣味

受限于狭长用地的基地条件， 建筑师选择脱离传统住区设计中轴线结合 “节点转换” 的模式， 强调非对称性的空间秩序，通过曲折回环的归家路线，采取幕布式叠合的视线和空间设计， 将小而紧的场地赋予张弛有度的变化。

Limited by the site condition of the long narrow land, the architects choose to break away from the central axis combining “node transfer” in traditional residential design, but emphasize on unsymmetrical space order. By zigzagging back-home route and adopting curtain-style superimposed sights and space design, they have endowed the small tight land with rhythmic changes.

从主入口延续至入户前厅，呈现一种压缩了的空间尺度及细部的设计，让体验更加紧密。这种紧密的趣味性，婉转的节点转换，中小尺度场景的串接，在从并置到转换的演进过程中，潜移默化地让居住者达到了“归家”仪式的心境渐变。

From the main entrance to the lobby, it presents a compressed space dimension and fine design, making the experience closer. Such compact fun, indirect node transfer and connection of small and intermediate settings make residents realize the mood change for the ceremony of “backing home” subtly in the progression from concatenation to transformation.   

在考量建筑形制时， 檀悦101摒弃了空间高大、材质华丽、对景工整住宅范式， 塑造居住空间的精细化体验。 事实证明，这是在这样的城市局部环境中一个十分有效的应对策略。建筑外观上吸收了适度厚重感，工业气息等要素，反映在窗套、线脚和门框以甚至石材的划分，注重多层次、秩序性的打造，将区域文化赋形建筑形态。

In consideration of the architectural form, Tanyue 101 has abandoned the traditional residential form of tall buildings, luxury materials and symmetrical landscape, but created a fine experience of residential space. It proves that it is an effective countermeasure in such local urban environment. The building appearance has absorbed proper profoundness and industrial elements, reflected in window set, moldings and door frame and even division of stone materials. Together with emphasis on multi-layer and ordered creation, the regional culture is showcased in the architectural form.

通感营造手法

将大区位视角拉近至小街区维度时，建筑师希望将面向街道的住宅公区营造出一种，当不同阅历和文化背景的人与之偶遇，都会产生的似成相识的特殊“通感”。公区被置于“归家流线”的前段，以工整简洁的姿态呈现，既提升了沿街城市界面，同时和住区内中小尺度的场景行程强烈对比，带来丰富的趣味和层次。

Zooming in from the large district to small block perspective, the architects hope to create such a synaesthesia for the public area of the residence facing the street that when people of various experiences and cultural background encounter with it, they will generate a feeling of fausse reconnaissance. The public area is set as the forepart of the “going-home streamline” and presented in a symmetrical concise posture, which improves the block interface, realizes strong contrast with the small and intermediate settings within the residence area, and thus brings abundant funs and levels.

项目配套及居委会等内容，在一般的开发项目中，基本简单处理。而在檀悦101，依然成为建筑师玩味的焦点。以一个工整的，比例妥帖的体量置于社区入口空间之上，并用温润的拉槽亚克力砖幕墙体系包裹，为老旧的日常带来新的视觉焦点。其下部空间则以连续，简洁的实墙面铺垫，形成良好的“公共性”界面。

In general development projects, the project supporting facilities and neighborhood committee will be treated simply. However, in Tanyue 101, they have also attracted attention from the architects. It is placed above the community entrance with a symmetrical presence of proper proportion. Enclosed with mild broached acrylic brick curtain wall system, it brings new visual focus to the old-fashioned. In the lower space, continuous and concise solid wall is built to form favorable “public” interface.

结语

Conclusion:

街道铺就城市的肌理底色，日常生活不乏高远基调，新老建筑的杂糅为生活平添许多戏剧化的色彩，沉浸在小街区的热闹，亦能领略现代化的精致。现代人时常在寻找和强调日常的仪式感，檀悦101作为本地化的多元产物，贯穿始终的除了对居住的品质要求，同时也寻找最适宜的方式回应城市更新，为街区带来融于日常，高于日常的生活构想。

Block contributes to the background texture of city. Lofty keynote can also be sensed in daily life. The mixture of new and old architectures brings more dramatic colors to life that we can touch the liveliness of small block on the one hand and feel the modern delicacy on the other hand. Modern people keeps looking for and emphasizing on the ritual in daily life. As the diversified product of localization, Tanyue 101 seeks for residential quality throughout as well as for response to city renewal with most appropriate way, and brings to the block with life ideology coming from while higher than routine.
