位于杭州钱塘江边的平层住宅，屋主是在杭多年的台湾商人，设计根据屋主年龄、喜好、生活需求等各个方面进行深入了解及分析

　　出于屋主对于此空间功能上能更注重与交汇友人、会议商谈、展示等方面，设计以黑白灰为基调与黄铜和木饰面进行搭配，以呈现屋主从业多年的商业精英的沉稳与硬朗简约的气质。

　　我们将公共空间与起居空间清晰划分，让两个空间能互相不被干扰。设计将主卧等空间尽可能的放大，以达到最优化的舒适性。装饰品的点缀凸显屋主艺术品味、时尚品味的细节。

The house is located on the bank of Qiantang River in Hangzhou. The owner is a Taiwan businessman who has been working in Hangzhou for many years. The house design is analyzed based on various aspects such as the owner's age, preferences and living needs.

Considering the fact that the owner attaches great importance to meeting with friends, budiness meetings, and exhibitions in terms of space function, the design uses black, white and grey as the main colors, combined with brass and wood decorations in order to present the qualities of calmness, tough and simple temperament of the owner who as a business elite has been doing business for many years.

We clearly divide the public space and the living space so that the two spaces will not be disturbed by each other. The design maximizes the space of the master bedroom to make it as big as possible in order to maximize

achieve the comfort. The ornament embellishes the details of the owner's artistic taste and fashion taste.

　　玄关处采用了半封闭的设计，鞋柜由上部吊柜与下部地柜组成，中间设计了部分开放空间以达到进门后的视觉感及空间感不会太过的封闭。衣柜处同样采用了半透设计，使视觉感更加深邃。

At the entrance, a semi-closed design is adopted. The shoe cabinet is composed of an upper hanging cabinet and a lower cabinet. The middle part of the open space is designed so that the visual sense after the entrance and the sense of space are not too close. The same translucent design is used in the closet to make the visual sense deeper.

　　客厅由设计师精心在达到尺度与舒适感的基础上选择了美式现代家具。家具的选择上配合整体空间的统一性，选择了以白色与灰色为主，搭配以黑色为主的现代抽象的艺术品，提升整体空间的艺术气质，配合空间的大面积采光，也使空间的体验感更为大气。

The living room is designed by the designer to choose American modern furniture based on the standards and comfort. The choice of furniture is matched with the unity of the overall space, with white and grey as the main elements, and modern abstract artwork based on black color to enhance the artistic temperament of the overall space and cooperate with the large-scale lighting of the space, also making space Experience is more atmospheric.

　　餐厅空间与客厅空间平行，具有较好的协调性，让整体空间感更开阔。餐厅墙面增加了部分镜面，为打破大面积白墙的呆板，并加深空间纵深感。灰色橡木与餐具的搭配进一步突出成功男士的优雅与艺术品味。

The restaurant space is parallel to the living room space and has a good coordination, making the overall sense of space more open. The restaurant has added some mirrors to the walls to break the dull white walls and deepen the sense of space. 　　厨房分为西餐酒吧与中餐厨房,西餐酒吧采用开放高台形式，主要针对屋主接待外来友人。中餐则采用封闭式。中西餐厨相通，可从中餐厨房直接进入西餐厨房。

　　西餐酒吧材质上使用了白色灰色大理石与黑色木纹，局部的黄铜线条及玻璃球状吊灯，更加烘托了整体酒吧的氛围。上部与下部的柜体，为屋主提供了充足的储酒及放置酒具的空间。

　　主廊道转至起居空间廊道部分，此处增加了白色大理理石并加宽了黄铜饰面，相对于主廊道的氛围更增加了一丝温馨感。廊道整体均设计有感应灯带，以便于屋主夜起活动，增加氛围的同时起到夜灯的作用。

　　门极简的造型，与走廊纯粹的感觉融合，拉伸至吊顶高度使整体更为大气。为不打破门的极简纯粹造型，设计师为其设计定制专用锁扣。

In this case, the door and the lock were both designed by the designer to fit the overall design. The minimalist design of the door merges with the pure feeling of the corridor. Stretching to the height of the ceiling makes the whole more atmospheric. In order to not break the minimalist and pure style of the door, the designer has designed a custom-made lock for it.

　　多功能室，具备会议与娱乐一体。半透的玻璃衣柜为屋主来做客的友人提供存放衣物的空间。应空间会议的功能因此对于家具及颜色的搭配相对较为深沉，配合上局部圆形的茶几与吊灯以及现代艺术家量身定制抽象油画为其融合进娱乐的氛围，凸显屋主品味。

Multifunctional room with one meeting and entertainment. The translucent glass wardrobe provides space for the owner to come in for a friend. The function of the conference should be a combination of furniture and color. Therefore, the combination of a partially circular coffee table

　　主卧为室屋主最常使用的空间，因此在整体设计布局中尽可能放大了主卧空间，小型起居室与就寝空间  平行融合，为屋主提供更自由舒适的空间和更多的活动的可能性，配合主卧的采光最大化，让整个主卧光亮、空间开阔舒适。

　　相对于公共空间，主卧家具选用了较淡的灰色与白色搭配暖色的地板增加了了温馨感,让屋主在主卧空间内能够更加的放松 。

　　主卧厕所，为屋主特别设计阶梯式浴缸让屋主能更为便利的进入浴缸，并在左右侧均设计有可坐平台。黄铜定制镜面与洗漱台面为大面积的黑白空间增加时尚感。
