Funky villa位于南京1913街区内。前身是一座民国时期孔祥熙建造的住所，百年动荡变迁，旧时繁华早已湮没在风雨之中。历史建筑，如何赋予新的特色与细节，设计团队花费了2年的时间去实践与调整，红、白、黑搭配的主题最终成为实现目标的重要元素，将高贵和出类拔萃的格调坚持到底。

Funky Villa is located in 1913 Block, Nanjing.It was a former residence of the period of the Republic of China built by Kung Hsiang-hsi. After a hundred years of changes, the past prosperity has been lost in time.The design team has spent 2 years studying how to endow a historical building with new features and details with practice and adjustment. The theme of red, white and black has become key elements to realize the purpose, and it sticks to the principle of being noble and prominent.

　　利用不规则元素，从入口一直延伸到空间的每一个角落，打破空间，不但创造了私密的就餐空间，亦将“面”的力量感充斥于整个环境中。

Irregular patterns are applied spreading from the entrance to every corner of the space, dividing the space, creating private dinning space and fully releasing the sense of power of a "plane" to the whole space.

　　设计的挑战，是现代极简与历史建筑不失品质的完美融合。白色台面配以鲜花，反复甄选的后现代落地铜灯等精心设计的软装内饰，与顶面特意保留的斑驳原貌的木梁，支撑起了历史的浪漫情怀和现代人精致的品味要求。

Challenge of design lies in the perfect integration between modern minimalism and high quality of historical building.Historical romance and modern exquisite requirements of taste are presented everywhere: white table decorated by flowers, post-modern floor brass lamp and carefully-designed soft decoration and wooden and mottled roof beam that is specially preserved.

　　长条形吧台设计在室内的中间位置，合理的规划了空间区域，吧台立面内藏红色的灯光，透过菱纹装饰，将夜的诱惑全然释放。

A long and narrow bar counter is placed in the middle of the room, dividing the space rationally. The counter facade has red light inside, fully releasing the temptation of the night through diamond pattern decoration.

　　这栋洋房，原本空间非常局限，空间的合理利用发挥到了极致，打造出空中长廊和露天花园，呈现一个脱离世俗喧嚣的角落，让人沉浸其中，卸下一身的疲惫，和爱的人共享一顿新式法餐。

The western-style house has a very limited original space. But, rational space arrangement takes an ultimate effect and creates an air corridor and an open garden, representing a corner that stays away from the buzz of the world. People are easily get immersed in it, completely relaxed and have a new style French dinner with the one they love.

　　完全开放式的露台，将属于这座建筑的浪漫气质散发于城市光影之中，鲜花与绿植围绕，暮色与星光弥漫，一切都是刚刚好。

Fully-open terrace emits a great romance of the building to the light and shade of the city. Surrounded by flowers and green plants, embraced by dusk and starlight, everything is just fine.
