HPP International:阿里云谷园区设计

     作为全球领先的云计算及人工智能科技公司,阿里云已成为全球前三大公共云服务提供商。经过近十年的急速发展,阿里云有机会打造一个依托云产业的高端科技网络园区——阿里巴巴云谷园区。2017年5月,HPP受邀参与设计项目的竞标,在两轮与各顶尖建筑设计事务所的激烈角逐下,HPP一举折桂,获得园区的设计权。


As the world's leading cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology company, AliCloud (Aliyun) has become one of the world's top three public cloud service providers. After nearly a decade of rapid development, AliCloud has the opportunity to build a high-end technology network park relying on the cloud industry - Alibaba Cloud Valley Park. In May 2017, HPP was invited to bid on the design project. After two fierce competitions with top architectural design firms, HPP won the right of designing the park.

     整个园区规划沿东西向的主轴展开:主轴中心以云广场大楼建筑作为联系两个园区的空间节点;主轴西侧是巨大的环状矩形办公体量;原始数据经过“云广场”向东输出,形成规则均布的建筑园区。规划设计紧扣数据传递概念,用建筑的围合隐喻对数据的计算和保护,用建筑的连接表达数据的流动与交互。


The entire park planning is conducted along the east-west axis: with the center building connecting the two parks, in the west of the principal axis is a huge circular rectangular office mass, the regional data are conveyed to the east through the "Cloud Square", forming the regular buidlings park. The planning and design is closely linked to the concept of data transmission, using the enclosure of buildings as a metaphor for the calculation and protection of data, and using the connection of the buildings to express the flow and interaction of data.

    阿里云园区的建筑设计着眼于高效和连接,方便不同部门间工作人员的交流沟通,同时兼顾服务功能,确保员工迅速到达所需空间。


The architectural design of AliCloud Park aims at high efficiency and connection to facilitate communication between the staff from different departments while giving consideration to the service functions to ensure that the staff can quickly reach the space required.

 

 

    园区主办公楼为矩形环状布局,所有服务空间均朝向内侧庭院,建筑内的环廊连结各个重要节点,使员工可以在内院穿梭通行。平面划分以部门间的大空间划分和有效的垂直交通为原则,所有核心筒均布置在矩形界面内侧,以保证有效的办公空间。


The main building is a rectangular ring layout, where all service space faces the inner courtyard, and the corridors in the building link the important nodes, so that the staff can shuttle inside the courtyard. The plane division is based on the principle of large space division between departments and effective vertical traffic. All core tube structures are arranged inside the rectangular interface to ensure effective office space.

    云广场大楼的西楼以连廊与阿里云办公楼相接,东楼提供多种不同的办公空间组合,提供共享办公空间和基础服务功能。两栋楼之间还设置了步行天桥,将空间多层次的水平连接效应发挥到最大。


The west wing of the Cloud Square Building is connected with the AliCloud office building by corridors, and the east wing is providing a variety of different office space basic services. A pedestrian overpass is designed between the two buildings to maximize the effect of the horizontal connection of multiple levels.

    东侧园区办公的其余部分以四栋板式及四栋L形建筑组成,这里有规整、模式化、标准化的办公空间。


The east building is composed of four plate-type buildings and four L-shaped buildings, with regular and patterned office space and providing standardized services.

     建筑立面采用水平线条,纤细动感的铝板缠绕在建筑表面,代表着数字网络时代的数据交流;建筑转角通过倒角和内凹阳台形成可识别的身份标识,立面形象十分生动。


The building façade adopts horizontal lines and the slender and dynamic aluminum plates are wrapped around the building surface to represent the data exchange in the era of digital networks. The building corners form identifiable identification marks through chamfers and recessed balconies, and the façade image is vivid.

     园区内部的景观环境将对未来深度依赖园区的工作人员产生很大的助益。HPP设计多进空间院落,院落间通过首层架空及水景形成物理和视线的呼应。此外,我们更将水系引入园区内部,生动的水面有如流动的数据贯穿园区之间,水面大小的开合分隔出形态不一的花园景观,希望人们在工作之余因良好的景观条件得以放松,也为员工的思考交流提供了室外空间的可能。


The interior landscape of the park will have a great possitive impact on the staff in the park that will be deeply dependent on it in future. HPP designs more courtyards which echo physically and visually through the overhead space of the first floor and the waterscape. In addition, we introduce the water system into the park. The lively water runs through the parks as the flowing data. The opening and closing of the water surface separates and forms the garden landscapes with different shapes and sizes. We hope that people can feel relaxed at work because of the nice landscape conditions, which also provide outdoor space for the thinking and exchange of staff.

     未来的阿里巴巴云谷园区将适应不同的办公形态,也必将成为高端办公园区的模式典范。


The future Alibaba Cloud Valley Park will adapt to different office forms and will be bound to become a high-end office park pattern model。
