        于接触中试探，于试探中对话，售楼部为客户与楼盘建立初步联系。售楼部是一种人文关怀，也是一种美的感受。持有这样的思考，设计师将水墨画元素与现代元素提炼融合，试图筑就富有古典美与艺术内涵的售楼空间，营造诗意婉转的东方语汇。

To explore in contact, to probe into the dialogue, sales department to establish initial contact for customers and buildings. The sales department is a kind of humanistic care and a feeling of beauty. With this kind of thinking, the designer combines the ink painting elements with the modern elements, and tries to build the space for the sale of the classical beauty and the artistic connotation, creating a poetic and euphemistic Oriental vocabulary.

        黑白灰为水墨画之韵，以极简的笔墨表现意境之美。设计师采用水墨画中的黑白灰作为空间的流动色彩，描出一幅气韵生动的山水画卷，营造东方风雅的意境，静美之至。

The black and white ash is the ink painting charm, with a very simple ink to express the beauty of artistic conception. designer uses the black and white ash in ink painting to be the flow color of space, paints a landscape picture scroll vividly, builds the artistic conception of Oriental elegance, quiet beauty to.

        量体空间主要分为两层，一层主要是接待台、沙盘区以及洽谈区，负一层则包括休闲区和健身房等。踏入一层室内，沙盘展示区便映入眼帘，简洁硬朗的线条配合现代风格的吊灯，整个空间更显开阔通透。洽谈区则化繁为简，摒弃复杂的样式，强调风化典雅的纯色与对比色，诠释古朴大方的味道，营造自然舒适的交谈空间。吧台作为售楼部的功能区，置身于洽谈区对面，以中式元素作为装饰，流露出古色古香的中式文化韵味。

The bar serves as the functional area of the sales department, and is opposite to the negotiation area, which is decorated with Chinese elements, showing the charm of ancient Chinese culture.

         楼梯是连接一层与负一层的通道，在楼梯的设置上，设计师巧化“柱”为“树”，将原有的方形柱子打造成充满自然气息的“大树”。竹林水墨画作为墙壁的主题，营造了古色古香的气氛，整个空间充满着古雅大方的味道。

        置身于售楼部，客户品读着楼盘的生活方式，感受着楼盘的居住文化。设计师将生活氛围植入负一层，传达楼盘独有的精神气质与美感。“林尽水源，便得一山，山有小口，仿佛若有光。便舍船，从口入。初极狭，才通人。复行数十步，豁然开朗”。在《桃花源记》中寻到设计灵感，设计师将其变成独特的空间设计理念。利用玻璃隔板分割空间，打造“初极狭”的空间感受，再走数十步，进入宽阔明朗的休闲区，产生“豁然开朗”的感受，增加空间的趣味性。以水墨色作为设计的色彩走向，辅之以明亮的色调，整个空间透着古朴而自然的方向，又不会过于乏味。本案空间以古玩、瓷器、盆景、挂画等软装饰品作为陈设，塑造出传统与现代融合的人文意境。

The space in this case is used as the furnishings of antique, porcelain, potted landscape, hanging pictures, etc., which has shaped the humanistic artistic conception of traditional and modern integration.
