神州优车集团新总部设计/UCAR New Headquarter

神州优车集团新总部由原金五星购物广场改造而来，改造前的原金五星购物广场是一栋三联厂房，既有建筑情况十分复杂，外部立面被各种违章广告牌覆盖，内部厂房纵深达到80米，采光昏暗，空间凌乱，建筑西侧原本拥有的开阔广场，也由于种种违章加建而难以利用。

The new headquarter was renovated from Jinwuxing Plaza. Previously, Jinwuxing Plaza was a factory site under complicated conditions. The previous interior space was disordered with depressing light environment and a building length as much as 80m. Outside scenes were not any better, buildings facades were covered by scattered advertising boards. The plaza to the west of the building should have been open and expansive. As illegal construction being added continuously, the plaza was in poor condition of accessibility.

改造后的神州优车集团新总部，建筑面积20000平方米，整体结构形式为钢架结构，共2层，局部有夹层，共可容纳将近1700名神州人同时在此办公。艾迪尔对原有厂房空间进行了自外而内的梳理和改造，建筑外立面保留了原有的钢结构框架，整体覆盖黑色镂空钢板，并穿插了两个盒子体量的建筑空间，一层是咖啡厅，二层是悬挑出来的走廊，通透的玻璃材质让这两个盒子体量的空间就像广告橱窗一样，对外展示着员工忙碌工作的身影。

The renovated new headquarter is a 2-floor, 20000 ㎡, steel-structured office building with a capacity of 1700 employees. Ideal has reorganized the interior spatial structure as well as its outside arrangements. The new facades have kept the previous steel frame structure with the cover of the black carved steel boards and interpenetrates with the two “boxes”. Cafeteria locates on the first floor, the second floor is a cantilevered corridor. The transparency of the glass material makes the boxes shining like two big show windows, exhibiting the fast-paced working environment inside.

从位于建筑西侧的正门进入神州优车集团新总部，正对入口处是一个通高的巨大中庭，顶部天光倾泻而下，笼罩在中庭的水景上，一帘瀑布自上而下泻入水池。中庭两侧是由铁制和木制集装箱打造的展示会议室，穿插挑出到水面上，使置身其中的人能够享受到中庭的景观。

Stepped in from the main gate at the west side of the building, a broad and wide atrium comes first. Skylight pours in and flows around the waterscape as the waterfall pouring into the pond. On each side of the atrium are the exhibition rooms stretching out to the top of the waterscape, they are sophisticatedly designed with the form of wood and iron containers.

入口右侧的咖啡厅，室内外景观在此得到最好的展示和融合。

On the right hand is the café, here you can experience the perfect combination of the natural view outside and the interesting imageries inside.

建筑首层空间被闸机分成两部分：对外的展示接待空间和对内的办公空间。闸机后面是一条主要道路，被称为“主街”，整个办公区的空间回路就是由这条主街和不同的分支路线所构成，它们串起了不同大小、功能、风格的空间，而这些空间共同形成了一个巨大的超级互联办公体系，就好像大脑神经系统一样，各种信息每天都会通过这个超级系统传递流转。

The ground floor is separated into the open exhibition zone and the private office zone by the auto-gate. Behind the auto-gate is a main corridor, which we name as the “main street”. This “street” and its branches connect all the subsectors of the office zone. Spaces of varied size, functions, styles are interconnected as an integrated system. Thousands pieces of information are flowing inside this system, just like a sophisticated cerebral nerve system.

主街正对的是“神州大桥”，红色的桥身在灯光的辉映下光彩夺目。桥边的大台阶及攀岩壁则承担着重要的培训和交流功能。

Straightly downside the main street is the red “Shenzhou Bridge”, which shines stunningly in the lamplight. The steps and the climbing wall next to the bridge provide important functions of training and communication.

主健身房、快乐乒乓房和瑜伽房通透的玻璃墙面让这个区域成为了空间里最为精彩的一部分，室内鲜艳的色彩、温暖的灯光和挥洒汗水的热情，让健身区域充满了活力和魅力。

The main fitting room, the happy-ping-pong room and the yoga house are designed with glass walls, which makes this area the most energetic sector inside the project. The bold colorful interior design, warm-color light and the enthusiasm of working-out all-together make this fitting area very impressive.

最重要的部分是超级互联办公区域，几处楼板的打通，不但引入了自然天光，更带来了错层连通的无限可能。在这里不计其数的连桥、隧道、滑梯、索桥、绳网，串联起公司各个部门，也让穿行其间的过程不再枯燥乏味。

The key part is the mega-connected office zone. The innovative design of carving holes on several floor brings in natural skylight as well as connectivity between floors. Inside this zone, numerous bridges, tunnels, cable bridges and rope nets make it possible for everyone to connect with everyone, which at the meantime ends the baldness of traditional office.

位于建筑顶部的高级管理区域，采用了合院式布局，办公室和会议室围绕着一个小小的院落空间布置，院中有怡人的绿植，优雅的茶台，富于禅意的枯山水。天光从屋顶开窗处倾泻而下，整个小院阳光明媚，让外来客人能有一个安静的交流洽谈场所。

In the top of the building locates the office area for senior managers. Inheriting the classic Chinese yard typology, offices and meeting rooms are planned around the small yards. The yards are designed with well-designed plants, elegant tea bars with a full sense of Zen. Skylight pours in through the glass ceiling and fills the yard with sunshine. This area also provides a private and quiet zone for UCAR’ guests.

神州优车集团新总部像是一个微缩的小城市，员工就像城市里的居民，“物联网”时代的大环境下，各行各业都在日新月异的发展和变化，而 “超级互联”，则是这场革命过程中的必然趋势，以此为前提打造的神州优车集团新总部，力求提供全方位的服务来帮助大家建立“超级互联”的办公系统，希望通过对于“超级互联”的精神探索，来体现整个企业的价值观。

In general, UCAR’s new headquarter is comparable to a compressively scaled city, every employee can be regarded as a citizen. As the era of “Internet of Things” comes, stunning shifts and changes are taking pace everywhere and every minute. “Mega-connect”, a certain trend of this great revolutionary era, is picked as the key clue for our design. Our view is to help our clients build up the “Mega-connect” office system with considerate services, to better illustrate the value of the client company through co-exploring the spirit of “Mega-connect”.
