①一层阳台并入客厅，设休闲区、西厨区及吧台，丰富横厅功能。

②一层拆除走廊多余墙体，优化卫生间空间配比，双台盆洗手台外移，实现干湿分离，提升使用舒适度。

③二层设独立化妆间、衣帽间，实现主卧套间功能。调整卫生间墙体，设独立书房，完善空间功能。
