这是一套坐落在北京望京的大平层改造项目。本案业主是一对非常恩爱的伴侣，三餐，四季，两人，还有一只可爱的宠物柯基。所以我们把原始大三居户型全部打通改造成了只留有一 间主卧大套房及主人需要的功能区。就像暮光之城里男女主的爱情故事一样，房屋风格定位成 了浪漫法式。

This is a large flat floor renovation project located in Wangjing, Beijing. The owners of this case are a very loving couple, three meals, four seasons, two people, and a lovely pet corgi. So we

knocked down all the original three-bedroom units and transformed them into a master suite and functional areas that the master needed. Just like the romance story of Twilight City, the   house is positioned in a romantic style.

住宅位于798边上，商圈的优势同样伴随着建筑聚集和稠密的⼈流量。⼤隐于市，我们从进   ⼊电梯厅的那⼀刻起仿佛隔离于闹市之外，进⼊到浪漫⾃由的⼩天地之中。通过⼀些穹弧线    条，减弱原来结构的束缚感，使空间具有艺术感和感染⼒，时尚且慵懒温和。清爽的空间基调 和温柔的光给⃞宁静⃞舒适的感觉，每⃞件⃞的单品都精细挑选，松弛⃞温暖。呈现其⃞有的 空间使⽤特性。

The residential buildings are located on the edge of 798, and the advantages of the business district are   also accompanied by the building cluster and dense human flow. Hidden in the city, from the moment    we enter the elevator hall as if isolated from the busy city, into the romantic freedom of the small world.  Through some arcs, the sense of bondage of the original structure is weakened, making the space artistic and appealing, fashionable and lazy and gentle. The cool tone of the space and the gentle light give a

peaceful and comfortable feeling. Every small piece is carefully selected, relaxed and warm. It presents its unique space usage characteristics.

硬装结构基调设计更多是现代主义，让空间有更多留⽩，稍加修饰的原结构，让空间具有现 代与轻法式的艺术⽓质。空间中摒弃了传统法式⻛格中的繁复、冗杂部分，更加注重“轻盈、  浪漫、时髦” 的表达。

Hard installation structure keynote design is more modernist, so that the space has more white space,

slightly modified the original structure, so that the space has modern and light French artistic

temperament. The space abandons the complicated and miscellaneous parts in the traditional French style, and pays more attention to the expression of "lightness, romance and fashion”.

从入户玄关进门后的第一视觉，用加长的定制岩板与植物把原来狭长的走道变成了一个与共享的区域，搭配富有⽣命⼒的绿植，建⽴⼀个⼈与环境对话的窗口，使空间与⾃然和谐共⽣，  彼此相融；硬装融⼊了⼀些柔美法式线条和深浅层次区分开来的⾼级灰⾊涂料，由于建筑本身在房屋中⼼有两根结构梁的缺陷，所以设计上我们通过⼀些穹弧线条，减弱原来结构的束缚感，使空间具有艺术感和感染力，时尚温和。

From the first sight after entering the door, the elongated customized rock slab and plants turn the

original narrow and long walkway into a shared area. With vibrant green plants, it establishes a window for dialogue between people and the environment, making the space and nature coexist harmoniously   and integrate with each other. The hard installation incorporates some soft French lines and advanced

gray paint distinguished by deep and shallow layers. Because the building itself has the defects of two   structural beams in the center of the house, we pass some arcs in the design to weaken the bondage of the original structure, so that the space has a sense of art and appeal, fashion and mild.

客厅沙发最终选⽤了Minotti connery转⻆沙发，单⼈沙发是全⽹配⾊极少有的Baxter布鲁塞尔 ⽺⽑椅，地⾯材质为柔光砖，⽅便宠物⾃由奔跑。再搭配Kartell Kabuki的落地灯，浪漫⼜梦 幻，它散射出来的灯光会让夜晚更加灵动。

The living room sofa finally chose Minotti connery corner sofa. The singlesofa is Baxter's wool chair

with all-mesh color matching and the floor material is soft light brick, which is convenient for pets to run freely. Paired with Kartell Kabuki floor lamps for a romantic and dreamy look, the scattered lights will make the night more lively.

主卧室新建了一面墙在空间中心，墙面的背后留有了开放式男主衣帽间。主卧室背景墙延续客 厅的法式线条，将精致感融入其中，深灰色涂料与其他墙面有着深浅对比，搭配墙面不规则设 置的两颗球形壁灯，传递着优雅从容。

The master bedroom has a new wall in the center of the space, with an open master closet at the back.  The background wall of the master bedroom continues the French lines of the living room, integrating    the exquisite sense into it. The dark gray paint is in contrast with other walls, and the two spherical wall lamps with irregular Settings on the wall convey elegance and calm.

主卫能从主卧室直接进入，贯穿衣帽间，地面也是我们原创设计的拼接瓷砖款式，墙面选用意大利进口 IMOLA the room系列乱纹砖，花色超级惊艳与高级。

the main bathroom can be directly entered from the master bedroom and runs through the cloakroom.   The floor is also our original design of splicing tile style, and the wall is made of IMOLA the room series random brick imported from Italy, with super amazing and advanced color.

原始结构全部拆除后，我们拥有了开阔的餐厨空间。餐厨一体的设计，让空间更合理的应用， 所有家电选择内嵌式，因为是开放式所以更注重颜值，墙面的柜体是用墙面涂料色卡专属定制 的同色系，连储物间的隐形门我们也刷了涂料一体。餐桌花色为CELINE御用石材拿破仑灰，非常有气场。

After the original structure was completely removed,we had an open kitchen space. Kitchen integrated design, so that the space is more reasonable application, all household appliances choose embedded,because it is open so pay more attention to the appearance level,the wall cabinet is the wall paint color  card exclusive custom with the same color system, even the invisible door of storage room we also brush paint one. Table color is CELINE imperial stone Napoleon grey, very impressive.

书房背景墙定制了一整面丛林壁布，搭配整体现代法式气质。吊灯为Flos金属多头灯，为空间 增加质感。

The background wall of the study is customized with a whole wall of jungle cloth, which matches the

overall modern French temperament. Chandeliers are Flos metal multi-head lamps that add texture to the space.

客卫生间以饱和度低的神秘且浪漫的紫色为主，强烈的视觉感感冲击，搭配不规则挂镜，营造 出轻盈的时髦感。洗衣机来自Miele，质感满满，马桶间内的壁挂水箱墙面延续地面瓷砖上墙   无缝一体，打造出连贯的视觉空间。

Guest bathroom with low saturation of mysterious and romantic purple, strong visual sense of impact,

with irregular hanging mirror, to create a light and fashionable sense. The washing machine from Miele is full of texture, and the wall hanging water tank wall in the toilet room continues the wall on the floortile seamlessly, creating a coherent visual space.

其实主人本身骨子里存在着很多艺术与浪漫，然后与我们的美学概念相结合彼此在碰撞之中 产生妙不可言的火花。或自由，或艺术，或摩登亦或简约时尚，在同一空间中灵活切换，融   合。在细节处精益求精、于细微处见品味的恒久。

In fact, there are a lot of art and romance in the owner's own bones, and then they combine with our

aesthetic concepts to produce wonderful sparks in the collision. Or freedom, or art, or modern or simple fashion, flexible switch in the same space, integration. Strive for perfection in details, and see the

permanence of taste in details.

李如⽟ Ruyu Li

独立设计师/国际认证室内设计师。毕业于清华⼤学美术学院环境艺术⾼级研修班。从业设计师年限9 年，有多次海外游学经历。获得ICDA国际认证与注册协会室内设计师与CIDA认证注 册中国建筑装饰协会室内设计师资格，曾多次受邀 住宅设计杂志记者参加专题采访。

Independent designer/internationally certified interior designer. Graduated from Tsinghua University School of Fine Arts Environmental Art advanced workshop. I have been  working as a designer for 9 years and have had many overseas study Tours. He has been certified as interior designer by ICDA International Certification and Registration Association and certified as interior designer by CIDA China   Building Decoration Association. He has been invited to participate in special interviews with journalists of housing design magazines for many times.

设计理念：态度与细节是我最看重的部分, 由细节解读品味,做不重复的设计。
