Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners will be known as RSHP from July 2022. This move is the next step in the continued evolution of a studio that has earned a reputation for innovation throughout its 40-year history, delivering on some of the most challenging briefs in the built environment alongside visionary clients.

事务所的基本理念将继续影响其设计方法。1977年，Richard、John Young、Marco Goldschmied以及Mike Davies共同创立Richard Rogers Partnership公司。1990年，事务所将所有权移交给一家慈善信托机构，以书面形式制定章程并依此进行管理。章程规定了工作室对道德实践和积极社会影响的承诺，即今天大家熟知的关注环境、社会与治理的ESG理念的雏形。30多年来，事务所推崇独特的经营模式，促使事务所及其员工不断发展和进步。理查德·罗杰斯在章程引言中对这种方法做了如下阐述：

The practice’s fundamental beliefs will continue to shape its approach. Founded in 1977 as the Richard Rogers Partnership (by Richard, John Young, Marco Goldschmied and Mike Davies), ownership was transferred to a charitable trust in 1990, governed by a written constitution. The constitution enshrined the studio’s commitment to ethical practice and positive social impact, foreshadowing what is known and discussed as ESG today. It has guided a unique practice model for over 30 years, empowering the practice and its people to constantly evolve and develop. Richard Rogers sets out this approach in the constitution’s introduction:

In 2007, the practice became Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, recognising Graham Stirk and Ivan Harbour’s pivotal design contribution to its success and future. “Over the last 15 years, we have seen our work expand globally with projects of unprecedented variety in scale and diversity,” says Ivan Harbour. The latest update to the name follows the sad passing of founder, Richard Rogers, in December 2021. The practice’s continued growth is testament to the ethos of the practice established by Richard, which the team continues to embrace today.

A strong, diverse, international team working with an array of exceptional clients, all around the world”.

RSHP目前在全球拥有180名员工，设立伦敦、巴黎、墨尔本、悉尼、上海、深圳办公室，即将设立纽约办公室。目前正在进行44个项目，分布在五大洲的15个国家，包括英国大英图书馆扩建项目、法国蒙帕纳斯总体规划、澳大利亚墨尔本地铁、美国骑兵波旁威士忌酿酒厂、立陶宛商业中心和中国深圳前海金控总部大楼。

RSHP now have 180 employees worldwide with a permanent presence in London, Paris, Melbourne, Sydney, Shanghai, Shenzhen and soon New York. Currently working on 44 projects in 15 countries across five continents, including British Library Extension in the UK, Montparnasse masterplan in France, Melbourne Metro in Australia, Horse Soldier Distillery in the States, a business centre in Lithuania, and Qianhai Financial Holdings headquarter tower in China.
