A polish Warsaw based workshop Zapalgo is one of those companies that do not accept no compromises – if their design ought to be bold and manly – it just is. They are making truly distinguishable stuff – from small but very clever touch dimmable lamps made from industrial copper pipes, through big floor industrial copper-concrete lamps, also fully dimmable, up to incredible and out-of-this-world furniture-objects.

The thing that connects almost every item in their huge collection, is the use of copper. It is a very warm, but still pretty industrial material, that can be easily change with some idle hands and a touch of magic. They offer three types of patinas – natural green verdigris, black and special turquoise patina (really beautiful). They also offer their own invention – burned copper patina that looks like a high quality Italian marble! For different colors of patinas they offer a wide range of fabric coated cords, colorful knobs and shades, with fabrics imported from all over the world.
